Teaching real code & real content
Students learn real code and build websites and applications to solve real world problems. The curriculum is engaging, fosters critical thinking and encourages teamwork.
Children get to learn actual coding, while doing ​projects they would have had to do anyway in ​one of their content subjects.
We love that the lessons are curriculum ​aligned, and that the children can more or less ​work at their own pace. The instant ​gratification of seeing code coming to life as ​they work is very motivating for the children.
There are teacher videos for each lesson, ​which explain all the concepts so that even ​teachers who don't know any code will know ​how to do and teach each lesson.

In addition to our teacher training program, we offer continuous training with step-by-step video guides for each lesson. Just spend 10 minutes watching a tutorial video before class, and you'll effortlessly be prepared to teach!
Real Code
Code4Kids’ online platform is designed to teach students real coding languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Our interactive approach bridges the gap from foundational game-based coding to real world coding used in higher education.
Through hands-on experiences, students create their own websites and apps while developing a practical understanding of coding concepts.

Real Content
Not only do we teach real code, we interleave it with real world content and subjects such as history, mathematics, geography and biology. Students build websites on our country, famous women in history, the solar system, entrepreneurship and more.
And, in collaboration with industry leaders like The Economist Educational Foundation, Sustainable Schools and Aerobotics, we offer special courses on modern day topics like fake news and AI, sustainability and coding drones to fly.
Elementary School

In Elementary School, students are introduced to fundamental ​concepts to get started in coding and robotics. Students are led ​through age appropriate activities that prepare them for the next ​steps in their coding journey.

In Middle and High School Phase, students move onto our online ​platform where Tess the Dog, Kipp the Robot, and our other ​friends teach them real code.
